Hi Friends,

I’m starting to sense a bit of spring as the month of May arrives, and I’m certain that summer’s going to be right behind. Since returning from my time down south it’s been an adjustment getting used to the cooler nights and chilly mornings, but adjustments are what we make all day long aren’t they? We wake with our plans, and then God smiles, and then the adjustments begin.

The comfort is in the fact that having our Creator moving the pieces to his rhythm, and with his harmony, we really don’t need to worry about being out-of-step or out-of-tune… not as long as we’re allowing His will to be played out.

So my prayer this month is from Hebrews 13:20-21, “Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, 21 equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever.”

Call me, text me, tweet me, message me, email me, write me… we’ve been brought together by God for a reason.

It’s been a joy hearing how the new album Simple Things has been received.
