Hi Friends,

Well here we go again, off on yet another trip around the sun. We make this trek year after year, time and again, and often it results in unrealized goals. That’s mostly because we create unrealistic expectations.

All this while we’re on the heels of celebrating the greatest gift ever. A gift that promises to lead us to a fruitful destination. And how will this happen, because he’s designed the perfect plan for us to succeed.

So maybe instead of coming up with our own promise to keep, we should just rely on the promise that has already been born and sacrificed for us.

My prayer is that we begin anew this year with a renewed dependency on His unfailing promise.

Call me, text me, tweet me, message me, email me, write me… we’ve been brought together by God for a reason.

January Notebook

As the season moves on, I’ve got a couple of dates this month before heading south for some downtime. All three dates will be close to home.

We’ll be making our first visit to the Recovery Cafe in Philadelphia, PA on Friday the 12th, and returning to the Daniel’s Den Cafe in Pipersville, PA the following night, for a Worship Circle event.

A week later we’ll celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the release of the ‘Yes Indeed’ album at Karen’s Place in Doylestown, PA. You’re all invited to gather with us and reminisce a bit while looking forward to the opportunities of the year ahead.
